Youthwork – Leader/Assistant

We have a number of sessional youthwork vacancies for youth groups, small group work and one to one support.  Suitable for experienced and ideally qualified youth workers.  Details of all our vacancies can be found at Indeed

Mentors

As a mentor on our accredited mentoring scheme you will support young people in Surrey Heath as they face challenges and make changes in their lives.  (Voluntary)

Youth Club Assistant

As an assistant at one of our youth clubs, you will work with a team to support the club.  Depending on your skills and interests, there are many roles you might fulfil all the while building relationships with and supporting young people.  We have vacancies on Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri evenings.  (Voluntary)

Co-Trainer

Delivering courses with young people in a range of life skills in after school, at weekends or in the evening.    (Voluntary)

We have lots of other opportunities for people to join in – on a regular basis, ad hoc or even one-off’s.  Here’s an idea of the range of ways you could get involved:

  • Volunteer Vehicle Manager
  • “Interior Design”.  Help us fit out “The Hub” in Deepcut.
  • Maker/Fixer/Doer
  • Willow structure/sculpture weaver
  • Driver
  • Logistics  (all sorts from keeping our “tuck shops” stocked to moving equipment)
  • IT support
  • Special skills you can share (eg video editing, song writing, a hobby, outdoor skills, gardening etc)
  • Admin (organising meetings, bookings for events, etc)
