Sometimes we all need a little extra support. Getting that help early can make all the difference and that’s why we offer lots of ways to get the help needed in a way that works for each individual young person.
Our support includes:
- Short courses:
- Tougher – life skills and resilience
- Survivor – outdoor learning and self-esteem
- Friends for Life – resilience, anxiety and depression
- Breakfast Club at Collingwood College (Tues 7:45-8:20am)
We also work one to one with young people to help them build on their strengths and face what life throws at them.
