LIFE – FULL ON! We support young people aged 11-18 in Surrey Heath to become all they can be. We work alongside people in youth clubs, youth cafes, courses, events, and through mentoring and advocacy, helping them achieve their dreams and supporting them when things get tough.
Everyone had fun on the smoothie bike at the RLC Corps Show in Deepcut. Well done to Emily, Olivia and Ethan who did the introduction to table tennis course as part of Surrey Heath’s Surrey Youth Games programme. We were pleased to help make these sessions happen and would like to thank Derek Seager from Aldershot District Table Tennis League and his coaches, and Ben Sword from Surrey Heath Borough Council.
Windle Valley Youth Project has secured a grant of £34,300 towards our project to create and run a mobile youth centre. The money is coming from the Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner’s Community Safety Fund.
We’d like to say a big “Thank you!” to the Big Yellow Self Storage Company in Camberley. Big Yellow have provided us with free storage space, allowing us to use our funds to support more young people in Surrey Heath.
